Beautiful, modern and well-maintained hotel. The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps from Amir Timur Square in downtown Tashkent. The metro is also close to the hotel, and it is very easy to get around by taxi (e.g., YandexGo). Spacious room, modern, quiet and equipped with all necessary amenities. The room was very clean. The whole team (reception, concierge, restaurant, room service, housekeepers) is very helpful, professional and available for any request. Special thanks to the staff at the Conciergerie, who were able to accommodate all of my requests, even last-minute ones. The food served by room service was always very good and well presented. The hotel also has a large, pleasant indoor pool and spa. I will definitely return to the Intercontinental on my next visit to Tashkent.

Attention to client, breakfast and room - all were superb, We took a suite 65m2 for three adults, the hotel prepared a bed out of sofa for the 3rd adult, the room was spacious so it all worked perfectly. We came in the late evening just to sleep and leave early but the hotel still was able to use those short hours to make a strong quality statement for us. Thanks to the efforts of their staff the hotel exceeded our expectations. we felt welcomed and cozy there. P.s.Having Byredo brand for bath amenities was appreciated

The hotel itself is very beautiful and well designed. I took an upgraded room with access to the club lounge and was extremely pleased with the facilities and felt it was well worth the money. The room was very comfortable and had great views across the mountains in the distance. Snacks and drinks provided in the lounge were delicious and the breakfast was exceptionally good and varied. Overall, the thing that made it most special for me was the staff. They were helpful, polite and went out of their way to make sure my stay was of the highest standard. Despite working long shifts on New Year, they smiled all the time and made me feel like a valued guest.

The location is excellent, everything is reachable by walk - metro station, bazar (local market), shops, good restaurants and cafes. I would recommend to take a stroll along the old streets of Tashkent in the shadows of huge platan and oak trees. My husband really enjoyed the 30m swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast was good - a lot of items to choose from. The only item i missed was a rye bread. We stayed for more than 3 weeks and felt like home. All the members of staff were excellent - very professional, friendly and polite, with good english a russian. I would like to thank F&B team - Faik, Mahinur, Alisher and Asal for the warmth and friendliness every morning the met us with. A lot of thanks to the reception team - Bakhodir, Marat & Danya.
